Shipping

Everything I sell is made to order will arrive no later than 5-7 business days *after it ships* (USA), often times customers get their BluMint Studios goods within the week. Every package is fully insured, when your item has shipped I will provide estimated arrival time, along with tracking #. International shipping times vary. When practical sustainable, eco friendly and/or recyclable shipping materials will be used in all packaging.

*All Furniture is made to order. It can take up to *12weeks to complete. All Furniture is shipped via express priority mail with white glove delivery services for pieces over 45lbs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Given the nature of my handmade goods I offer a 14 day refund policy, and if an item is damaged in transit I will put in a claim to the shipping provider for reimbursement or fixing of the item that was damaged. *BluMint Gift Cards, Custom furniture, commissioned original art/ sculptures, online interior design services and any custom/engraved pieces cannot be returned.

Exchanges and returns can be made within *14 days of receiving the product. Returns are subject to a *10% restocking fee. All exchange shipping fees are responsible to the client/ consumer. Once the item(s) are returned and in good condition, then the exchange/ return will be processed immediately and refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Furniture that may be damaged in transit should be able to be fixed. Art and some housewares are one of a kind and therefore cannot be replaced so full reimbursement will be provided from the shipping company once a claim is open and completed.

Once a custom order design is agreed upon it can take up to 8-12 weeks till completion then the product will ship out.

Payment

Wire Transfer, Digital Wallet, Crypto Currency, PayPal, Gift Cards, all major Credit Cards, Money Orders and Checks are accepted. 
For Money Orders and Checks payment will have to be confirmed and approved before any BluMint Studios goods ship out.

You don’t have to own a PayPal account to use PayPal, Simply click “Pay with PayPal” at the end of the checkout process. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use their service to pay with your credit card or debit card.
